Absolutly nothing, there is no tracking of any kind built into Ditto. All data Ditto saves (settings and saved clipboard copies) are stored locally on your machine. Open Ditto by clicking its icon in the system tray or by pressing its Hot Key which defaults to Ctrl + ` – i.e. hold down Ctrl and press the back-quote (tilde ~) key. If database is on a network share refresh Ditto when showing if last write time of db has been updated If db is on a network drive, or anything other than C: then wait for that db to come online
